Hippocratic Oath (residue)

Current records indicate that the Hippocratic Oath no longer includes the phrase “do no harm.” Yet in this video of Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) on the Senate floor, you can see that he cites the first words of the Hippocratic Oath as “do no harm.”
